Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 Oct 2026 · [Company legal name] Private Limited
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the call-back service offered on it by [Company legal name] Private Limited ("Challan70", "we"). By submitting the "Contact us" form you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Challan70 is a private legal-assistance service. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with or acting for the traffic police, any court, the Parivahan / e-Challan system, any Legal Services Authority or any Lok Adalat. Challan70 is not a law firm. Legal representation is provided by independent advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council, whom you authorise directly.
2. You can always do it yourself
You can check and pay traffic challans yourself, free of any service charge, on official portals such as e-Challan (Parivahan), Virtual Courts, Delhi Traffic Police. You can also book a Lok Adalat token yourself when one is announced. Our service is optional.
3. What this website does
This website only collects your request for a call. No payment is taken on this website. After the call we send you, in writing, the list of challans we can help with, the offer and the terms of that service. You decide whether to go ahead.
4. No guaranteed result
The amount payable on a challan is decided by the court, Lok Adalat or authority concerned. We do not promise any reduction, waiver or timeline. Some challans (for example drunk driving, accident-related or other non-compoundable offences) usually cannot be settled at a Lok Adalat; we tell you before you pay.
5. Insurance offer
Any insurance voucher or benefit mentioned on this website is offered solely by our IRDAI-licensed insurance partner under its own terms and eligibility. Challan70 is not an insurer or insurance intermediary and does not itself give any rebate on insurance premium. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.
6. Your responsibilities
Give us correct details, and only submit a request for a vehicle you own or are authorised to act for. Don't misuse the form (for example by submitting someone else's number without permission).
7. Liability
We are responsible for providing our service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for decisions of courts or authorities, outages of government portals, or delays caused by them.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; see Contact & Grievance.
