यह नीति हिन्दी में पढ़ें

This policy explains how [Company legal name] Private Limited ("Challan70", "we") handles your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are the Data Fiduciary for the data described here.

What we collect

• From the "Contact us" form: your name, WhatsApp number and vehicle registration number.
• The advertising source of your visit (for example "utm_source=meta"), the time of your request and your IP address, to prevent spam and abuse.
• Anything you choose to share later on a call or WhatsApp, such as challan details.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website, and we do not ask for OTPs, bank details or UPI PINs.

Why we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about your challan query, based on the consent you give on the form.
• To check your vehicle's pending challans on official government portals when you ask us to.
• To keep a record of your consent, as the law requires.

We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to them.

Who can see it

• Our team and the independent advocates handling your query, only as needed.
• Service providers that store or process data for us (for example Google Workspace for our lead sheet and our hosting provider), under contracts that limit use to our instructions. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, as permitted by the DPDP Act.
• Government authorities or courts, where the law requires.

How long we keep it

If you don't take our service, your enquiry is deleted automatically 12 months after you submitted it, or sooner if you ask us to erase it. If you do, we keep records for as long as the law requires (for example tax and court records), then delete them.

Your rights

• Withdraw your consent at any time. This is as easy as giving it: use the Your data page, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, or email us. We stop calling and messaging you straight away.
• Ask for a summary of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below). If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Make a request

To withdraw consent, get a copy of your data, correct it or erase it, use the Your data page. To protect you, we confirm requests (other than withdrawal) by WhatsApp on the same number before acting. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS and our lead records are visible only to authorised team members. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Age

This service is for people aged 18 or over, and the form asks you to confirm this. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
